With indoor and outdoor exercise areas, your dog will have plenty of space to run around and play while remaining in a safe and enclosed area.

We understand how important it is that you leave your dog with someone you can trust, whether it’s for a day, a week, or longer. We’ve been working with dogs all our lives and we’re true dog lovers ourselves – they’re an integral part of our family.

All of the dogs in our care are treated as if they were our own, so you won’t ever need to worry about your dog while you are away. The best interests of your dog will always be our top priority.

What do dogs know about luxury?

Everything. Dogs immediately sense things like emotions and atmosphere, which is why it’s so important to make sure that any new environment makes them feel comfortable and safe. We have tried to create a home away from home in ways that make the most sense to your dog.

You’re very welcome to come and visit us any time Monday to Friday after 10:30am following our feeding programme and our dogs are settled and before our 4:30pm prior to our 5pm feeding programme as the dogs are fed twice a day. We appreciate a phone call or text prior to your visit allowing us time to come up and open the gate. We’ll be delighted to meet you and show you around.

Our opening times are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8 am to 11:30am and Sunday 9.30am to 10:30am.  Anything outside of these hours is by prior arrangement only and would require a phone call to arrange.

We would also very much appreciate that customers text, email or call with their “drop-off” or anticipated “pick-up” times or dates of departures, allowing us to organise a convenient time slot.
